Translations are priced on the basis of the source text word count, irrespective of whether the source language is English or Spanish. This way, you can know the exact price in advance. No extra rates are charged for extremely complex documents or rush turnarounds.

Proofreading of translations made by thirds is also charged on a per word basis. The rate will vary according to the standard of the translation to proofread and the work involved, though you will also know the final price in advance.

Transcription/translation of audio material and subtitling/dubbing of videos are charged on a per minute basis.

An additional rate will be charged when translations include special desktop publishing work, whose price will vary depending on the software to be used and the complexity of the graphic design involved.

Payments can be made by wire transfer or check. No advance deposits are requested whatsoever.
