Translations are priced on the basis of the source text word count, irrespective of whether the source language is English or Spanish. This way, you can know the exact price in advance. No extra rates are charged for extremely complex documents or rush turnarounds.

Translation proofreading is also charged on a per word basis. The rate will depend on the standard of the translation to proofread and on the work involved, though you will also know the final price in advance.

Audio translation/transcription and video subtitling/dubbing are charged on a per minute basis.

An additional rate will be charged when translations include special desktop publishing work. Such extra rates will vary according to the software to be used and the complexity of the graphic design involved.

Payments can be made by wire transfer or check. No payments in advance are requested whatsoever.
